Please plan to depart by 9:00 AM. Set a time so that the longer ventilation and cleaning times for subsequent tenants can be observed..

Our holiday apartment is a non-smoking apartment. We therefore kindly ask you NOT to smoke in the apartment.
Smoking is allowed on the balcony. Thank you very much.
Arrival and departure:
The apartment will be ready for occupancy from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Please be sure to inform us of your expected arrival time a few days in advance. Key handover will be arranged individually. On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 AM and left tidy. (Exception: see "Late Check-out"). Used dishes should be washed and put away in the cupboards; the beds do not need to be stripped. Please simply leave all used towels in the shower before departure.
bath
To prevent limescale buildup, please squeegee the shower tiles after showering. Do not dispose of hygiene products, waste, food scraps, harmful liquids, grease, or similar substances in the shower or toilet, as this can cause unpleasant blockages. Please use the provided disposal facilities.
damage
No one intentionally damages property. However, should this happen, please inform us immediately so that we don't discover the damage only after your departure during the final cleaning. The guest is liable for damages up to the replacement cost.
bed linen
We provide bed linen for the duration of your stay. You do not need to remove the covers before your departure.
Cover
Additional blankets are provided in the holiday apartment. These are intended for indoor use only, and we kindly ask you not to use them as picnic blankets.
E-bike
Our lockable garage in the courtyard is available free of charge for your own or rented e-bikes. Please charge them there as well, because Charging e-bike batteries in the holiday apartments is prohibited for fire safety reasons.

We will provide you with a hairdryer for the duration of your stay.
Liability
The landlord is not liable for the guest's/guests' valuables. Please use the built-in safe in your apartment (wardrobe or desk).
Towels / Bath towels
We provide towels for the duration of your stay. Please simply place used towels in the shower before departure.
Home medicine cabinet
A first-aid kit is available in case of emergency (in the living room cupboard). However, we hope you won't need it.
Right of domicile
Under certain circumstances (emergency), it may be necessary for the landlord to enter the holiday apartment without the guest's knowledge.
pets
Pets are only allowed in the apartment by prior arrangement. Please report any damage caused by your pet immediately so that we don't discover it only after your departure during the final cleaning. The guest is liable for damages up to the replacement cost.
Internet/ Wi-Fi / VoIPTerms of Use:
The holiday apartment has a wireless and free internet connection (Wi-Fi).
Please ask us for the access code for guest access.
By accepting the terms of use when logging in, you acknowledge them for the duration of your stay.
The landlord assumes no liability whatsoever for the content of accessed websites, downloaded files, virus infections, etc. Any misuse (downloading/streaming copyrighted films, music, or TV programs; consumption/acquisition of pedophilic or other prohibited content or products) is prohibited and may result in legal action. The operator is legally obligated to store connection data in accordance with Section 113a of the Telecommunications Act. To protect against illegal use and prevent legal infringements, your device identification (MAC address) and usage times are logged.
Cot/Highchair
We can provide a travel cot and/or a highchair free of charge upon request. Please let us know what you require when booking.
Kitchen
The operating instructions for the dishwasher and stove can be found in the storage compartment above the freezer (Cusanus) and on the desk (Remise), respectively. If the dishwasher is not fully loaded, please use the short cycle. Please only put clean dishes, cutlery, pots, and any other utensils you have used back into the cupboards. Do not put any waste, food scraps, harmful liquids, grease, or similar substances into the sink.
Termination
In the event of repeated violations of the rental agreement, the landlord may terminate the agreement unilaterally, and the guest must vacate the holiday apartment immediately. In this case, there is no entitlement to a refund of the rental price.
Garbage/Waste
Since we are required to separate our waste, we ask for your help. Please separate the waste into: residual waste bags and "yellow bags" (for recycling), glass, and paper.
The central collection point is located under the entrance stairs. Containers for your separated waste disposal are available there.

Used glass (without deposit) (plastic tub)
Sealed "yellow bags" --> only for packaging waste with "green dot"
Residual waste container; please use the garbage bag inside the container.
extra costs
Water, electricity, heating, and garbage collection are included in the rent unless otherwise agreed. These costs are calculated based on normal consumption; should consumption be significantly higher, the landlord reserves the right to charge for any additional expenses.
Parking
We provide you with a free parking space for the duration of your stay.
It is located approximately 50 meters away. Please use our bicycle parking area for your bicycles.

However, no safekeeping agreement is formed. The landlord is not liable for loss of or damage to motor vehicles parked or stored on the property and their contents, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Price reduction
In the event of a short-term failure of furnishings, public utilities, or due to force majeure, there is no entitlement to a price reduction. Any defects in the holiday apartment must be reported to the landlord immediately. The guest must grant the landlord a reasonable period to remedy the defects. Later complaints will not be accepted and cannot be considered.
Smoke
Smoking is strictly prohibited in our holiday apartment. Any damage such as burn marks or holes in or to furniture, flooring, bedding, tablecloths, etc., will result in us charging you the replacement cost. However, smoking is permitted on the balcony; please dispose of cigarette butts in the ashtray provided and later in the general waste bin, not on the property.
cleaning
Should you have an accident (extreme dirt, spills on the floor or work surfaces, etc.), please clean it up immediately. A broom, dustpan, vacuum cleaner, bucket, mop, and cleaning supplies are available in the utility room.
We kindly ask you to leave the holiday apartment swept clean upon departure and to put all used dishes back in the cupboards clean.
Rest periods
In the interest of good neighborly relations, we kindly ask you to observe public quiet hours, including midday, nighttime, and Sunday rest periods. Out of consideration for your neighbors, please also keep noise to a minimum in the holiday apartment itself between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Key
Please never give the keys to anyone else. Any loss of keys must be reported immediately, and the guest is liable for the replacement costs.
Duty of care
We kindly ask our guests to treat the rental property with care and to ensure that all fellow travelers and family members also comply with the rental terms. The main entrance door should always be kept closed and locked with the key when leaving the house. You will receive a separate key for access to the terrace. Please lock the side gate outside of the café's opening hours. Similarly, all windows must be closed when leaving the apartment to prevent potential damage from storms or burglary.
Cancellations
We hope you won't have to cancel your holiday unexpectedly. However, should this happen, the costs specified in the rental agreement will apply. Cancellations must be made by 12 noon CET (Central European Time) on the day of departure. If no prior verbal or written cancellation is received, we will unfortunately have to charge the full amount.
Early departure
No refunds will be given for early departures.
Washing machine / dryer
A washing machine and a tumble dryer are available for your use in the separate utility room. Use is generally free of charge. However, if you use them frequently, we would appreciate a contribution towards the costs.
Washing machine: For safety reasons, please open and close the water supply (blue tap) BEFORE and AFTER use.
Condenser dryer: Before using the condenser dryer, please check that the water tank is empty.
Please empty it after use.

Interim cleaning
For interim cleaning during your stay, various cleaning supplies and a bagless vacuum cleaner are available in the utility room. Please clean it after use.
